A clean-up kit for broken CFLs

It had to happen. With all the talk about the mercury in compact fluorescent lamps, someone has come out with a hazmat-like clean-up kit for use when the cat knocks over the CFL-equipped table lamp. 

The kit from DiLarr Safety Products LLC in Tucson, Ariz. contains protective safety glasses, a disposable mask and booties, disposable Nitrile gloves and pooper scoop, a mini flashlight, a glass pipette/eye dropper, an adhesive pad and moist antimicrobial towelette, disposable biohazard bag, and detailed step-by-step instructions about how to use this stuff. There is also a mercury fact sheet and recycle/universal waste disposal instructions, along with packaging for proper recycle and disposal and a shipping label to nearest the universal disposal site.

The kit maker is even throwing in four 13-W CFLs, each said to be equivalent to a 60-W incandescent.
