Cheat sheet for replacement bulbs

The days of gauging bulb brightness from the power consumption figures on the packaging are about to end. A new lighting information label will soon be required on boxes of bulbs. Rather than thinking only in terms of watts, consumers will learn to look at a bulb's lumen quantity (light output), wattage used, and lumens per watt — the true test of a bulb's efficiency.
