Kelly Cunningham: Reducing Energy for Lighting Uses

The California Energy Commission and subsequently, energy codes are intended to change the way electricity is used in buildings throughout the state. Requirements for lighting are included in the performance-based directives of Title 24 and Title 20 providing an opportunity for utilities, lighting industry representatives, researchers, and practitioners to make energy use for lighting more effiecient.
